i mean, i'm sure most of them think they won't see the really weird shit. until they do. some of them pay attention better. this will teach them.
i really love Sam and i have been fun writing him. he doesn't give me fits the way some of the men do. it is kind of a shame that he was a one mention in the main 'verse so its been kind of interesting to delve into him here and write him interacting with one of the girls. i'm sure he's interacted with them plenty, but never like this. it is terribly sad that the things he wants are coming at the expense of someone else's feelings. two, actually, if you add Jehnna into the mix. because i don't think she honestly knows what she wants at this point.
Warren is... its silly that he's so thrown for a loop by all this. because he had to know what Sinister was up to when he grabbed them, he saw the horsemen, just like everyone else. he had to have known this was coming. so for him to be freaking out about a baby is odd. granted, he isn't having that baby with his wife. but! he's been through this before. i like that Warren used a touch of silliness to alleviate both his and her apprehension. because no doubt Morgan was trying to figure out why she doesn't remember getting back to the room.
Remy. my poor Remy. he's so stuck in the middle of shit that he shouldn't really have to fix. but he's determined to find a way to do just that. Dare is such an idiot and what he should do is smack the ever loving shit out of her. i think he's as close to Dee as he is to Tam and i think, somewhere deep down, it hurts a little bit every time she calls him Uncle Remy. because its just one more reminder of what he was denied. Dare is stubborn and its going to take him work to pull her back. but he's got a plan. so stay tuned and we'll see how it works for him. hopefully, he'll get his shot.
all i can see is Scott kind of angsting about the whole thing. because there's Jean and then there's Haley and then there's the baby. his first baby. that he isn't going to get to see grow up. he's so twisted up by all these emotions that i think, if he had access to his powers, he'd have blown the ceiling off the room. i do so love the idea of him already talking to the baby. because he needs her to know that she's loved and wanted and there is more than what Apocalypse will offer or give her. i'm sure Haley would be in tears if she knew. and of course she wants contact. she needs comfort!
