the beaver comment is probably going to make a few more appearances. it'd kind of be funny if Duke looked at Dare at some point and said "Why didn't you tell me you were in a relationship with that hairy little beaver?" and she'll die laughing. also. i have so much love for Duke because he's so fresh without being naive. you know? he's just so much fun to write and to have around.
i think Duke is reacting to his surroundings. and this is something different from Roxxy. she was joking earlier. serious about the mission. concerned about Dare's teams. her reaction to Logan's presence wasn't something he was used to. also. he didn't know that she was apologizing because of Dare. so... yeah. he thought she was mental.

Dare's team stayed. they're kind of like a bunch of lost puppies who imprinted on the first person who showed them kindness. i suspect the lives they've lived were far more difficult than the one Dare lived. she was fairly lucky. i don't think Duke and his pals were. i'm going to have to get into everyone's past at some point. so... yeah. we'll find out

i really love Duke's voice. he's just... he's a breath of fresh air. count on him being around more often.

yes. Ororo. someone had to come grab Logan by the scruff of the neck and shake him like a bad puppy. she is well suited to that task. and i love her for it.
Henry might be touch upset, yes. but Roxxy has a mission to fill. she isn't letting anything stop her. not even a wound sustained in battle against one of Apocalypse's horsemen.
i imagine Johnny has spent enough time around Roxxy to go there with her. so i'm glad their back and forth works.
so... its Pestilence, right? disease? Roxxy got hit by one of her feathers. (that was the green glowing bit Henry brought with) they carry poison. which is why Henry is so concerned and so mad at her.
that was absolutely an intentional Princess Bride reference
