it was something of a pain to attempt to fit them in. rather like putting square pegs in round holes. i'm glad that everyone was still the equivalent of their modern selves. i know the scope of this chapter was kind of narrow, but i hope that it will expand as the story does.

i'm sure, once Alexis and Miriam occupy the same space as one another, they're going to play off each other nicely. yeah. those extra years go a long way toward taking the restraints out of people.
