um... to be honest, your guess is as good as mine. it could be from the first chapter, when Anita died. the two of them kind of tag-teamed Aedan and Minette there. that's the only instance i can think of that might fit.

i don't think Aedan is trying to keep too much from Dolph. at this point in the story, she isn't lying when she says she has no personal relationship with Jean Claude. she sees the human servant deal as being a business arrangement. as for Dolph, we'll have to see what happens with him. part of the reason he knows something is going on is because he knew that something was going on with Anita and could never prove it. he recognizes the same kind of diversionary tactics Aedan is using from Anita.

chances are good he'll piss them off. but you'll have to wait and see...

and i'm glad you liked the interaction with Isis and Damian. i was hoping you would. yes, Haven is probably going to be pissed. and i'm sure they'll deal with him soon. make sure to have some ice water, that should help get rid of the hots.
