I saw this the day you posted it and have been not so patiently waiting until I could finally get some free time to read it. Which, obviously, I have. Yay!
It was nice seeing Peter show up and I appreciated his tough love approach with Johnny. It seems to have made an impression on Johnny, quite literally. lol Let's hope it lasts and that Haley will listen when he tries to talk to her like a semi-rational human being instead of a self-centered idiot. *fingers crossed*
Gotta admit I was a little surprised about Scott visiting with Dare, but I see why he did it. I was just as worried as he was about Dare's lack of snark and anger. I'm glad she finally recognizes that she needs help. Loads of it. I doubt it will be easy. Or quick. Or pretty. But hopefully it will begin to help her heal and get her head in a better place.
And good on Dare for calling Scott out and pointing out how much Haley is struggling.
