Okay, so Scott's acting like an overgrown child. And Henry is the long-suffering parent. Who is Warren? "As far as you know? You mean you haven't talked to Haley?" Warren asked. Ouch. I guess he's the blunt friend who dishes out hard truths.
Of course, given that Roxxy had given birth to triplets not once, but twice, Warren was certain that Henry was absolutely relieved about that. Yeah, Henry's not the only one who's relieved about that, I'm sure.
It's okay, Scott. It was a good theory. (Gods, I'm concerned for Scott's feelings now? WTF have you done to me? lol)
How long was Haley standing there, listening to them? Better question, did she even take in anything she heard or was she so wrecked over Scott being there that she didn't process anything?
"She is with Logan, watching over him," Henry informed her. "And no doubt trying to apologize for injuring him. They're using one of the unclaimed suites, as its in proximity to the medlab." Ah, so that's where they are. I was wondering.
"Oh," Henry said. "Oh, Scott." Mhmmm. SMH at both of them. *sigh*
Haley frowned at that. "Sure, Dare. Keep telling yourself that. Maybe you'll believe it." THIS. A thousand times this. Dare's friends are all worried about her and she's just so damn far into her own hurt that she doesn't even seem to remember why she should care. Someone needs to drag her out of it.
"Sure, Haley. Keep telling yourself that. Maybe you'll believe it." The fact that Dare threw her own words back into Haley's face might have upset her. Just a little. Because the truth was, Dare was right. I really should have saw that one coming. The truth hurts, huh Haley? Beelzebub, these girls need to get their relationship crap straightened out ASAP!
"Roxxy, what the--and I can't stress this last part enough--ABSOLUTE FUCK?" Haley's not wrong to be upset, but poor Roxxy.
And Dare standing up to Haley for Roxxy, damn! I mean, she's not wrong. None of them are wrong. But something is very, very, very, WRONG with all of them. I can't help but think that whatever is fucking with Dare & Roxxy's powers (and probably the others' as well) is also messing with their emotional control. Especially combined with the fuck ton of trauma they've all been through recently.
Berto's question about why would anyone sleep with the Wolverine and Sam's reply - OMG, LMAO! I see the rumor mill is in full swing. SMH.
