you know how i love to throw shit at everything and every one. i'm sure there will, in fact, be more shit to come. i cannot imagine the utter relief and joy that Warren had to feel in that first moment when he was able to take to the skies. i'm sure the rest of them will be able to experience that when things settle for them.

i love the idea of Rogue being the welcome home wagon. i feel like she kind of got a raw deal in the original and one would think, after more than a decade, she'd have had an opportunity to think and maybe make some adjustments in her life.

Morgan and Jehnna are able to hold it together because Warren and Sam are there. Haley and Dare are, essentially, alone. for the time being, at least.

i have no doubt Roxxy's baby fever will die a swift and painful death the moment she recalls what baby fever got her the last time she had it!

Haley likely wasn't thinking in terms of Roxxy being there or not being there. Haley was thinking more in terms of "its my duty as team lead to be there for everyone else and ignore my own needs and wants" so she probably didn't even touch on Roxxy being available to hold hands and the like.

i'm sure Roxxy does know, intellectually, that there wasn't anything she could have done to stop the horsemen. but the guilt will definitely override the rational thinking. and she'll probably always wonder if there hadn't been something she could have done different to attain a better outcome. don't worry. no one is going to hold it against her.

oh, that should definitely be an interesting conversation. no doubt Haley is going to be chewing on that information for a good, long while.

glad you enjoyed, honey. thanks for reading!
